Cause I expected them to remove my art immediatly. Like they did to my wifes page. I don't understand WHY they like to remove images that are fan works. Kind of silly if you ask me. Especially since getting permission from a Japanese company that may or may not exist anymore is kinda iffy.

Well that's devART for you. If you don't follow their rules reguardless you'll be booted. But this disclaimer thing might save your ass. Just make into a journal entry.

To be honest, I love the site, it's always been one I've gotten wallpapers off of in the past, especially for games. I prefer fan works 9/10 to the official stuff. It's just dissapointing when you go through a couple hours of work making a wallpaper you hope others will enjoy, only to have it ripped away. I don't post hentai (although the images can sometimes be in a set surrounded by it), although some of the images borderline on it, like King. I'm almost tempted to remove that just because her bra is see-through, but i'll see how the mature content logo does.

I decided to post my own wallpapers that I had made rather than use my wifes account. For the record, unless otherwise stated, the images I post are used by me under the Fair Use law by the United States. I am not making money off of these, nor do I intend to. As a fan, i simply want to make fan works that others can enjoy, so please don't go removing my images all the while screaming "COPYRIGHT INFRINGMENT!".

All wallpapers are custom made by me with images for animes, games, etc. Please respect my work and feel free to comment on it.
